We are working to improve accessibility by implementing audience support tools for performances and expanding information-accessible programs across cultural initiatives offered by Tokyo Metropolitan cultural facilities and Arts Council Tokyo. These efforts aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone can access and enjoy the arts.

In fiscal year 2024, we launched the “Tokyo Arts & Culture Accessibility Support Grant,” which fully subsidizes eligible expenses (up to 1.5 million yen) for private organizations implementing accessibility measures in arts and cultural projects. For this year, we have also introduced a special “2025 Momentum-Building Grant” that raises the maximum subsidy to 3 million yen for projects held during the World Athletics and Deaflympics period.

We also offer viewing support workshops and expert consultation services in collaboration with the Tokyo Arts & Culture Consultation Support Center, “Art Note.”
